Mona Kramer Memorial Scholarship

Mona Kramer, wife of long-time NDCHF Board Member Ron Kramer, and dear friend of the organization, passed away in December 2022.

In memory of Mona, Ron and his family have established the Mona Kramer Scholarship Endowment, designated exclusively to award funds on an annual basis to a student enrolled in higher education.

Any course of study is eligible, and the application is available to students in all 50 states. The main requirement of the scholarship is that the student applicant him/herself, or a member of the applicant’s family, must be a member of the NDCHF.

Completed applications must be submitted to the NDCHF Administrative Office with a postmark no later than April 1, 2024 (address below).

Initial review will be carried out by a sub-committee of the NDCHF Board of Directors. Applications meeting the criteria will be forwarded to the full Board of Directors. Selection of the award recipient will take place May 3rd, 2024, during a regular meeting of the board.

The North Dakota Cowboy Hall of Fame Board of Directors offers its gratitude to Ron and his family for establishing this meaningful scholarship, thereby setting an example of the impact the NDCHF can have on young people through the generosity of our supporters.
